🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Non-Personalised Items

You may return non-personalised items within 30 days of receiving them, as long as they are unused and in their original condition.

Personalised / Custom Items

Personalised items cannot be returned or refunded, unless:

• The item arrives damaged
• We made an error on your order

If either of these occur, please contact us with photos within 48 hours of delivery so we can put it right.

 

📦 Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please contact us.

We follow Royal Mail’s timeframes for lost post before we can replace or refund an order.
