Shipping policy

At Stick With Geo, every order is handmade with care and packaged securely to reach you in perfect condition. Please read the shipping details below before placing your order.

🚚 Where We Ship

We currently ship within the UK only.

International shipping is not available at this time.

 

📮 Processing Times

All items are handmade to order.

  • Standard items: 1–3 business days
  • Custom / personalised items: 1–5 business days

We ship Monday–Friday (working days only). Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

 

📦 Shipping Method

All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

  • Tracking is included with every order.
  • You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Please note: Delivery times may vary. Once your order has been handed to Royal Mail, any delays are outside my control.

 

📬 Address Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • If the customer enters the wrong address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a refund or reshipment will depend on the item type:
  • Non-personalised items: Refund (minus shipping) or reshipment at customer’s cost.
  • Personalised/custom items: No refund, as these are made to the details provided by the customer.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Non-Personalised Items

You may return non-personalised items within 30 days of receiving them, as long as they are unused and in their original condition.

 

Personalised / Custom Items

Personalised items cannot be returned or refunded, unless:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • We made an error on your order

If either of these occur, please contact us with photos within 48 hours of delivery so we can put it right.

 

📦 Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please contact us.

We follow Royal Mail’s timeframes for lost post before we can replace or refund an order.
