4. Pricing & Availability

Prices are listed in GBP and may change without notice.
We reserve the right to:

Modify or discontinue products at any time.

Cancel or limit quantities of orders if needed (for example, suspected fraud, misuse, or stock issues).

If an order is cancelled, you will be notified and refunded.

5. Personalised Orders

Personalised and custom-made items are made exactly from the information you provide.
Please double-check spellings, colours, and details before placing your order.

We cannot offer refunds or returns on personalised items unless:

The item arrives damaged, or

We made an error in production.

6. Processing & Shipping

Processing times are:

1–3 business days for standard items

1–5 business days for personalised/custom items

We ship using Royal Mail Tracked 48 within the UK only. Shipping delays caused by Royal Mail are outside our control.

If an incorrect address is provided, the customer is responsible for any re-shipping costs.

7. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on non-personalised items within 30 days of delivery, as long as the product is unused and in its original condition.

We cannot accept returns on:

Personalised or custom-made items

Digital downloads

Refunds may be refused for items returned not in their original condition.

8. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, product photos, and content on Stick With Geo are owned by Stick With Geo.

You may not:

Copy our designs or branding

without written permission.

We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear suspicious, fraudulent, abusive, or in breach of our policies.

We may limit the number of items purchased per person, per household, or per order if necessary.

Sometimes there may be errors on the website such as typos, pricing mistakes, or product description inaccuracies.
We reserve the right to correct these at any time and cancel orders if required.
